PhD in Industrial Design and associate professor at the Department of Design, Politecnico di Milano. The principal areas of her research interests are user research methods, and environmental design.

She has been teaching Ergonomics and Industrial design since 2000 at the School of Design, and is currently also involved in Interaction Design courses. She covered coordination roles and participated in several national and UE-funded researches and was President of the Unified Guarantee Committee.
