UNSEE: UNCERTAINTY IN SERVICES

Project Website
A series of blue and yellow line icons illustrates business workflows and networking, alongside a hand holding a glowing light bulb wrapped in green leaves against a blurred natural background. Next to these, a conceptual map filled with hand-drawn sketches, keywords such as "ethics," "education," and "stakeholders," and diagrams on white paper summarizes a creative brainstorming process.

UnSee stands for Uncertainty in Services.

The aim of this research project is to investigate how service design practices evolve or change by uncovering, at the operational level, its link with systemic and future-oriented perspectives.

UnSee focuses on the intersection between Service Design, Systemic Design and Design Futures, also considering their broader spectrum of influencial fields.

During the first phase of research, Service Design studios, consultancies, academics and solo practicioners across the globe will be interviewed to help tracing an emerging pattern of evolution for the Service Design practice.
