The official sailing team of Politecnico di Milano has won the Sustainability category at the 2025 Foiling Awards

This achievement marks a significant milestone for the team in the world of foiling. It celebrates projects that stand out for their adoption of sustainable and innovative solutions in the sport sailing sector.

The team consists of engineering and design students from the Politecnico di Milano. It is organised into five main areas: Marketing, Mechatronics, Performance, Shore Team and Structures. These departments collaborate synergistically to realise each project in all its components, from the conceptual phase to construction and communication.

The team regularly participates in major events in the nautical industry, such as METSTRADE, where they engage with key industry figures and offer a young, technical and responsible perspective on the future of naval design.
