State of UX in Italy 2025

On the occasion of the 40th episode of UX Talks, there will be an open conversation on the current state of UX and its evolution, with the presentation of the results of the survey conducted by the Experience Design Academy on roles, compensation, geographical distribution and customer types.

Between December and January, the Experience Design Academy launched a survey on the State of UX in Italy. The wide participation allowed us to collect reliable data on practices, challenges and trends shared by the Experience Design professional community. Starting from the many questions and discussions that have emerged on the change in the sector, the survey outlines an updated snapshot of the UX professions in Italy, useful to understand the current situation, market specificities and possible evolutions. The aim is to stimulate a collective reflection and feed the debate within the national professional community.
