Portagioie is an original project created by students of the Jewelry and Accessory Design degree course at Politecnico di Milano.

What constitutes a piece of jewelry today? Is it an expression of wealth or creativity? A symbol of status or beauty? An investment? An accessory? Is it a display of craftsmanship, a fashion statement, a work of art or a design statement?

Portagioie is more than just a podcast. It is a journey into the world of jewelry, exploring its meanings and values, eras, geographies, disciplines, and technologies. Ten episodes explore jewelry as a research territory, balancing tradition and innovation.
